How I work

I work with the whole person – body, mind, spirit. Together we’ll explore:

  • The past experiences and relationships that continue to influence your present

  • The unconscious patterns that may be holding you back

  • The cultural, social, or identity factors that shape how you move through the world

    • Individual therapy (short or long-term)

    • Couples therapy (short or long-term)

    • Online or in-person in Kensington, central London

    • Therapy in English, Ukrainian, or Russian

  • People come to psychotherapy for many reasons. Some of the areas I work with include:

    • Abuse

    • Addiction

    • Anger management

    • Anxiety

    • Depression

    • Discrimination

    • Eating disorders

    • Grief & loss

    • Low self-esteem

    • Mental health issues

    • Neurodiversity

    • Relationship challenges

    • Spirituality

    • Stress

    • Trauma

  • I draw from a variety of approaches, depending on what suits your needs, including:

    • Traditional talking therapy

    • Mindfulness

    • Meditation

    • Active imagination

    • Somatic therapy

    • Art & creative techniques

No two people are the same and neither are their paths towards healing. Together, we’ll create space for understanding, growth, and positive changes at a pace that feels right for you.
