How I work

My approach brings together mind, body, and spirituality, bridging scientific and ancient practices. While psychotherapy explores your past to make sense of the present, coaching focuses on where you are now and how you move forward.

In our coaching, we will:

  • Deepen self-understanding by exploring the role of fear, self-doubt, or uncertainty in holding you back

  • Outline and implement meaningful changes in your life

  • Develop self-care and self-responsibility by strengthening balance in body and mind through nutrition, lifestyle, and emotional awareness

  • Aim for wholeness by rediscovering the connection between your mind, body, and soul, and the world around you

    • 1:1 coaching tailored to your needs

    • Short-term focused programs or longer coaching journeys

    • Online or in-person in Kensington, central London

    • Coaching in English, Ukrainian, or Russian
