I was born into migration and I never really stopped

My life unfolded across cultures, languages and countries. I lived in the Soviet Union, independent Ukraine, the Middle East, and now Europe. I learned how to belong everywhere except within myself. Somewhere along the way, I lost my light - a sense of who I really am beneath all cultures. That loss became my teacher.

Over time, I understood that moving through cultures is rarely only about practical change. Beneath it, deeper questions begin to appear:

Who am I? What remains of me? Where is home?

These questions shaped my own journey long before I began walking beside others through theirs.

I blend modern science and spiritual philosophy

Modern science - psychotherapy, Jungian and lifestyle medicine coaching - gave me language, meaning, and a map for how I lost myself. Ancient practices walked me back to the Self, through spirituality, intuition, and embodiment.

Mind, body and soul are not separate conversations

Wholeness is their connection. Over the years, I came to understand something that now sits at the centre of everything I do:

You are Your Home.
